Online Bookings

If you have a reference number and need to book an appointment you can use the form below.. Give us a few days/times that work for you and we'll fit them into the diary. Once your appointment has been booked you will receive a confirmation of the day, time and engineer. You'll also be able to rebook or cancel the appointment from this email.


Ideally you should use our job number, but we will accept a claim number from Domestic and General or Davies Emergency Response. 


Any emails we send in relation to a job will have our job number.

Use this section if you have no preference of date, and we'll book you in for the first available appointment for an engineer in the area. 


Use this section if you have a date you would like to book. You can choose up to 3 dates/times, and if we can't fulfill the first, we'll move to the next.

We may not be able to fulfill your first choice,. If we are unable to fulfill any of your options we will give you a call.

By submitting this form you confirm you have selected at least one appointment option. Your booking will not be processed if no options are selected

Booking Portal Issues

The booking portal is a new system to us and we are still changing settings to ensure it works efficiently.


If you have been sent a link to the booking portal via email and you are unable to find an appointment within 30 days, please use the form and we'll manually process your request.


There are a few areas that the portal has trouble placing in a diary, if you live in any of the following areas, please use the form to book an appointment.
